Norma Brevick, Administrative Assistant Norma Brevick is the Administrative Assistant for NICS. Her duties include processing all human resources documents for hiring or changing status of employees, processing requests for proposals and contracts, accounting including reconciling ledgers monthly for approximately 55 accounts, entering invoices, creating assets, entering travel requests and travel reimbursements in IRIS, ordering equipment and processing requisitions. Norma also prepares visa requests for current and future employees. |
