Jim Ferguson is the Director of Education Outreach & Training for NICS. His responsibilities include coordinating a wide range of outreach and education related activities associated with NICS, as well as varied responsibilities as a level 3 manager in the Education & Outreach area of the XSEDE project.
Before joining NICS, Jim's focus was programming for, training, and educating users of high-performance computers and networks. Jim's previous experience includes positions at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft and the National Center for Supercomputing Applications. Jim is an alumnus of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. |
