Don is responsible for all financial, human resources, and purchasing matters for the NICS project.

Don graduated from UT in 1982 with a BS in Accounting, and joined the University as an Accountant in the Controller’s Office. After completing an MBA from UT in 1990, he became the Budget Director for the UT Research Centers Business Office.
